Shipping & Pick-Up Policy
All orders are shipped Priority via USPS or UPS within 2 business days of the order date. Customers will receive their order within 2-5 days of shipping. All tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided on the order. If you have any issues with your package delivery or tracking please contact USPS or UPS.
"Local Pick-Up" - Customers must pick-up their order same-day or next day or your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please text us at 864-399-0240 if you have any questions about our store hours.
We will not voluntarily ship your order if you have not paid for shipping.
Local Delivery is available for the following zip codes in Anderson County: 29621, 29622, 29624, 29625, 29626, and 29627. If you select local delivery and your address is ineligible we will contact you to change your fulfillment method (Pick-up or Ship). If we don’t receive a response from you within 24 hours your order will be cancelled. We will not voluntarily ship your order if you have not paid for shipping. Exchange & Return Policy
As of 7/5/2020, Exchanges and Returns are currently not being accepted due to COVID-19 Pandemic. All items undergo a quality inspection prior to the customers’ purchase and we are not responsible for any damage, discoloration, tears or defects that occur once the customer removes the item from its original packaging. Please review the sizing guide for guidance when ordering.
Non-Slaynista items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
